Apopka Logo for COVID-19 Antibody Testing Site

Drive Thru COVID-19 Antibody Test

The City of Apopka is here to support our community during the Coronavirus pandemic with safe and convenient testing. 

We will be offering 100 free Antibody test per day at the Apopka Community Center located at 519 S. Central Avenue. 

This week:

Wednesday, May 6, 2020 from 8 AM to 6 PM
Friday, May 8, 2020 from 8 AM to 6 PM
(Times are based on available tests per day)

2020 Graduation Parades

The City of Apopka will be hosting two graduation parades at the Northwest Recreation Complex. 


Wekiva High School: May 23, 2020
from 10 AM to 1 PM


Apopka High School: May 30, 2020
from 2 PM to 5 PM


The seniors will drive through the Northwest Recreation Complex while parents and family members are parked along the route. Parents can park in any spot at the complex (limit three cars per family). 

In order to comply with social distancing requirements, we ask that everyone remain in their cars and to remain parked for the entirety of the parade. 

AM 950 and FM 94.9 THE ANSWER, part of Salem Communications, will broadcast the event and announce the names of all the graduating seniors along with speeches given by the Valedictorian, Salutatorian, Class President, and SGA President. 

Each senior will have signs on their cars with their names for easy identification by the audience.

2020 National Day of Prayer at City Hall is Thursday, May 7, 2020. Live streaming will begin at 12:00 PM on our YouTube Channel.
