New Stop Signs installed on Sandpiper Street at the intersection of Ustler Road

Stop Sign Installation

On Tuesday, April 21, 2020, the City of Apopka installed new stop signs on E. Sandpiper Street at Ustler Road making the intersection a four way stop.

This action was taken as a safety measure in response to several accidents over the last few year at or near the intersection.

Warning signs and message boards are in place to advise drivers of the new stop. The Apopka Police Department has been at the site monitoring the intersection to ensure drivers are paying attention and come to a full stop at the new stop signs.
