Individual and Families
The Orange County CARES Act funding for Individuals and Families Program will reopen its application portal on Saturday, October 24, 2020, at 8 AM, with a capacity for 15,000 users.
As a reminder, applicants must upload an additional document to verify your Orange County residency. The address on your photo I.D. must match the Orange County address that will be used on the application. Examples of acceptable documentation includes a utility bill, voter registration card, current lease, insurance bill, benefits or bank statement.

Small Businesses and Home-based Businesses
Orange County grant programs for Small Businesses and Home-based Businesses are open. Businesses that have received funds from the federal Payroll Protection Program of up to $100,000 (up from the previous limit of $75,000) are now eligible to apply for funding.

Orange County's COVID-19 Eviction Diversion Program
Attention: Landlords & Tenants. Orange County has launched the COVID-19 Eviction Diversion Program to help residents who are in imminent danger of being evicted. This is NOT a rental assistance program. Both the landlord and tenant must agree to participate.
