The City of Apopka offers paperless billing to our utility customers. Receive your bill by email for fast, secure, and convenient delivery. It is so fast that you can receive your bill as quickly as the same day the bill is generated. This delivery is environmentally friendly and will reduce postage cost too.
eBills contain the same information as your paper bills. Customers will receive a PDF attachment of their bill and monthly newsletter to the email they sign up with.
To enroll in eBill, fill out an online eBill application or download the eBill PDF form and return the completed form to the Apopka Utility Billing Office. Enrolling in eBill will cancel your paper bill and you will only receive the eBill to the email indicated at time of enrollment.
Don’t forget, whether you are enrolled in ebills or traditional methods, that you can pay your bill through auto-pay, drop box, in person (drive-thru), at Amscot, or online at www.apopka.net/pay.
