Please continue to check our website for Coronavirus updates.

As of March 18, 2020 the Utility Billing Lobby will be closed until further notice. Save a trip and pay online. Use Apopka’s online portal to pay your utility bill.

We understand some customers might need to pay in person, so our drive-thru is available. In addition to the drive through option, you can pay online or through Amscot (Cash payments only. There is a $1.50 convenience fee for using this service).

Did you know E-Bills are available for your Apopka utilities statement? Get your utility bill by email for secure, fast, and convenient delivery!  It’s so fast you can receive your bill as quickly as the same day the bill is generated, and it’s super convenient with an easy to read PDF file that you can review or print any time. Once signed up, you will also receive your newsletter electronically which you can share with friends.

Signing up is easy! Select one of the following methods to start receiving your utility E-Bill each month.
