The cost of operating and maintaining the city stormwater management program and financing necessary repairs, replacements, improvements and extensions thereof, are allocated per parcel in relationship to the user impacts and services received.
Stormwater Management Utility Fee
A Stormwater Management Utility Fee is billed annually as a non-ad valorem assessment on the Orange County Property Tax Bill, and is collected through the Orange County Tax Collectors Office.
