Paying Your Bill
For your convenience, the City offers several ways to pay your Utility Bill.
The City also offers paperless billing to our utility customers. Find out how to sign up for eBills and receive a one time $5 credit on your utilities account.
Online Payments
Paying your bill online with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit/debit card is convenient, fast and secure.Utility Billing Portal
When you are ready to pay your bill, access the Apopka Online Utility Billing Portal and log in to your account.
Once you have logged in, simply click the button labeled "Make a Payment" and follow the payment instructions. (This button is only active if you have an outstanding balance). Since your payment is made electronically, you can rest assured that it is secure and processed on time.
Benefits of Online Payment
Once you have completed the payment instructions and submitted your payment, the payment will be processed and applied to your bill automatically.
No more stamps to buy and no more checks to write!
You decide when and how much you want to pay (keeping in mind that the full bill amount should be paid by the bill due date to avoid late charges).
Use it if you forget to mail your payment or if you don't want to drive to our office to pay your bill.
Amscot Payments
You may pay your City of Apopka utility bills at any Amscot location seven days a week. Just bring your utility bill with you to any location. You will be charged a non-refundable $1.50 convenience fee by Amscot for using this service. The convenience fee goes to Amscot, not to the City of Apopka.

Auto Pay - Bank Drafting Service for Water Utility Bills
Customers can have their monthly utility bills paid automatically from their checking or savings accounts using an Automated Clearing House (ACH) Direct Debit payment.ACH Auto Pay saves time and money; no checks to write, no postage, no fees for the service, and your bills will always be paid on time.
What Auto Pay Users Can Expect
Auto Pay Customers continue to receive monthly utility bills indicating water consumption, amount owed and due date. The total amount of the bill is electronically deducted from their checking account each month on the due date, which appears on the bill.
Financial institutions list automatic payments on their monthly account statements.

Payment Drop Box
The payment drop box is placed in front of the City Hall Annex (Water Office), located at 150 East 5th Street in Apopka.Notice
Payments received after 8 a.m. will be processed on the next business day.
Please do not place cash in the drop box.
Water Office
You may drop off your payment during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) at our office located at 150 East Fifth Street in Apopka.We also have a drive-through window.
