How can I make a payment for my utility services?

Answer

Apopka offers several options for their residents to pay their bill!

We currently offer:

• ACH direct debit service
• In-person in our office with credit/debit cards, cash, and check or money order
• Drop Box in the drive through lane at the City Hall Annex Water Office
• Online credit card payment through our Utility Billing Portal.
• Amscot locations with cash payments only ($1.50 convenience fee for using this service)

The City of Apopka does not offer any type of telephone payments, at this time.

Utility Billing is located at the City Hall Annex at 150 East 5th Street in Apopka.
